Free Recruiting Tools for Motor Carriers
Provided through Freight Force Recruiting, the driver recruiting team within Professional Human Resources.
Qualifying motor carriers can work with Professional Human Resources to receive a published public carrier page, applicant-tracking software, workflow customization, and support when the federal record needs correction. The tools are provided as part of the service relationship — there is no separate software fee.
What carriers receive
- A published public carrier page. Every carrier in the directory already has an analysis page built from the federal record. Carriers working with Professional Human Resources can add their own photo, description, website, and a direct response to anything in the record that needs context.
- Applicant-tracking software at no cost. A kanban pipeline from New Application through Hired. Bulk resume upload, up to ten resumes pasted at once. Magic-link sign-in for recruiters and drivers — sign-in is by emailed link, no password required.
- Applications routed into the carrier workflow. Jobs posted through the system appear on the carrier page. Interested drivers apply with one click; applications land in the kanban immediately.
- Customization aligned to the carrier's operation. The workflow, intake fields, and pipeline stages are tuned to how the carrier actually hires — not a generic template.
- Access to the driver marketplace where appropriate. Drivers posting resumes choose which carrier types they are open to. Carriers matching those criteria can reach them through the platform.
- Support when federal records need correction. When the public federal record is incomplete, outdated, or unfairly framed, Freight Force Recruiting helps carriers through FMCSA's DataQs process where the underlying data supports a change.
How it works
A carrier submits the inquiry below. The Freight Force Recruiting team reviews it and follows up directly within one business day. The first conversation covers what the carrier hires for, how many drivers, current pipeline challenges, and whether the tools fit the operation.
Setup is then aligned to the carrier's existing recruiting structure. There is no self-signup and no automated sales funnel — every carrier relationship starts as a real conversation.
