Request access to ProHRHQ — Motor Carrier

ProHRHQ's applicant tracking system is free for U.S. for-hire CDL motor carriers. Submit your DOT, email, and phone and we'll verify your account, then send your personal access link.

How it works: we look up your carrier in the FMCSA census by DOT, then someone from ProHRHQ contacts you to confirm you're an authorized person at that carrier and to deliver your access link. Verification keeps bad actors from signing up as someone else's carrier.

DOT Number * Your USDOT number. We use this to look up your carrier in the FMCSA census.

Phone * A direct number where we can reach you to verify the account.
